Adapt Learning, LLC engages the third-party subprocessors below to help provide the Adapt Service. Each is bound by contractual data-protection obligations and processes personal data only to provide its service to us. Institutional customers receive advance notice of material changes as described in our FERPA Data Processing Addendum.

Students purchase access on the web through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own payment page and processed solely by Stripe; Adapt never receives or stores them. Adapt does not run advertising or advertising trackers.
This list names every party that processes personal data on our behalf. A vendor whose software is present in our dependency tree but disabled, and which therefore receives nothing, is not listed — as of August 5, 2026 that describes RevenueCat and AppsFlyer, both of which appeared on earlier versions of this page and neither of which processes any data. If either is reactivated we will add it here, and notify institutional customers, before it ships.
