Every instructor and admin account costs nothing, no matter how many you add.
There’s no per instructor license and no seat pool to true up at the end of the year, so staff turnover never costs you anything.
Students can buy their own access on the web using the email you invited, or your program can pay for the whole cohort. Either way, access starts at purchase and their courses are waiting in the app.
Four steps, and only the first one involves your staff.
Free. Pick your level, add your instructors, and upload your roster from a CSV.
Students you know are enrolled directly; the rest get an invitation that matches them to your program automatically when they sign up. The match runs on the email address, so they need to sign up with the address you invited rather than a personal one.
Students can buy access from the invite email you send them. If your program would rather pay, you purchase access up front and send each student an access ticket by email. Pricing is set with your program based on level and length of access.
Access begins at purchase, and the courses you assigned are already there. Nothing else for your staff to administer.
Worth knowing before you ask a cohort to pay for something, so here it is plainly.
