Know what your class doesn’t know.

Short lessons your students learn and practice with on their phones. Every answer shows you where the class is strong and where it’s slipping, while there’s still time to step in.

Instructor insight

The struggle you won’t hear about until the exam.

Adapt tracks every answer down to the single concept, so you see the exact question your cohort keeps missing, what they confused it with, and which lesson it came from. The big picture for the class and the fine detail for every student, live as it happens.

  • Live insights, updated the moment students answer
  • Students flagged before they fall behind
  • Zoom in on any student’s strengths and weak spots, and see how they compare to the rest of the class

Student engagement

Practice students actually do.

Every Adapt card asks students to do something with what they learned. They put steps in order, match look-alikes, recall answers with no options to pick from, and explain the why in their own words. That’s active recall, one of the best proven ways to make learning stick, and it’s built into every lesson. No laptop logins and no forty minutes of reading a long PDF, just a few minutes per lesson on the phone they already carry. When a concept doesn’t click, a built-in coach explains it a different way.

  • Short lessons that fit between clinicals and shifts
  • Interactive recall formats that go beyond A, B, C, D
  • Streaks and XP that keep momentum up
Institutional outcome

Better engagement. Earlier intervention. Fewer surprises.

Funding follows the pass rate. So do accreditation, employer partnerships, and next year’s cohort. Adapt goes after the two things behind that number — whether students practice, and whether anyone notices when they slip. We don’t have pass-rate data yet, and we say so.

Students practice around every class

A mobile app designed around a few minutes at a time keeps students engaged, so consistent practice replaces cramming and the material sticks through the whole course.

Instructors step in early

Struggling students get help right as they slip, not after the exam when everyone’s moved on.

The number is defensible

Pass rates stop being a surprise — and so does the funding, accreditation, and reputation built on them.

How it works

Your course on their phones. Their gaps on your screen.

No course rebuild, no migration, no new LMS to learn. Adapt runs alongside what you already use.

1

Pick your course

Choose EMR, EMT, AEMT or Paramedic. Every module is built from national EMS standards and already laid out for you. Teach the whole program or just your units, reorder, rename or drop any of them, and upload your own content if you want to customize it.

2

You decide what goes out

Adapt drafts a lesson for before and after each class. Nothing reaches a student until you assign it — edit or regenerate any of it first.

3

Students practice daily

A few minutes a day keeps every topic familiar, so students build understanding they’ll carry into the field instead of cramming for one exam.

4

You see who needs help

Real-time analytics by topic and student — and time to act.

The product

See it for real.

Real screens, not renderings. The course builder, your instructor analytics, and the lessons your students take on their phones.

Pricing

Your program pays nothing.

Instructor and admin accounts are free, with no per instructor licensing and no procurement cycle. Students purchase their own access, or your program can cover it for them, and you get the full portal and analytics either way.

Free for faculty

Every instructor and admin account costs nothing, no matter how many you add.

No seats to count, track, or renew

There’s no per instructor license and no seat pool to true up at the end of the year, so staff turnover never costs you anything.

Students or programs, your call

Students can buy their own access on the web using the email you invited, or your program can pay for the whole cohort. Either way, access starts at purchase and their courses are waiting in the app.

The team

Meet the founders.

Two founders, one belief: teaching shouldn't be guesswork.

Johnathan Binnquist, co-founder & ceo of Adapt Learning

Johnathan Binnquist

Co-founder & CEO

He started Adapt on one belief: education should be faster, clearer, and worth what students put into it. He built a commercial real estate career on speed and communication, and built Adapt the same way — a direct line between what a student understands and what their instructor can see.

Blake Byers, co-founder & cto of Adapt Learning

Blake Byers

Co-founder & CTO

Blake builds the product — the portal, the student app, and the system that turns every answer a student gives into something an instructor can act on this week. Background in computer science, finance and accounting (TCU, SMU).

The National Registry is already measuring you.
Now you can see it coming.

Open a sample EMT program and see exactly what you’d see: the concepts the class is missing, who’s slipping, and the lessons students do before and after each class. No account, no call.
