Adapt generates study material with AI. This is the plain statement of what that means for accuracy, and where you must not rely on it.

This AI Content Disclaimer is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service & EULA between you and Adapt Learning, LLC (“Adapt”). It explains important limitations of AI-generated content in the Adapt Service.
Courses, lessons, quizzes, explanations, and AI Learning Coach responses in the Service are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models (currently Google Gemini via Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, formerly Vertex AI). They are produced automatically based on your inputs and, where applicable, materials provided by your institution.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and may occasionally produce plausible-sounding but false statements (“hallucinations”). We do not warrant that any generated content is accurate, reliable, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.
AI-generated content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for accredited instruction, supervised clinical training, licensure, or certification.
This is especially important for health-, medical-, and safety-critical subjects (for example, EMT, paramedic, and other allied-health training): the Service is a study and practice aid that supplements — but does not replace — your accredited program, official curriculum, instructor guidance, textbooks, hands-on skills training, and the requirements of any certifying or licensing body. Always follow your program’s official materials, your instructors, and applicable protocols. Do not rely on the Service in an actual medical or emergency situation.
Where an institution uploads its own materials to generate courses, the resulting content is derived from those materials and remains subject to the institution’s review. Adapt does not endorse or verify institutional content and is not responsible for its accuracy.
You agree to use judgment, to cross-check content against authoritative sources, and not to use AI-generated content as the sole basis for any decision that could affect health, safety, legal rights, finances, or academic or professional standing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adapt disclaims all liability for any loss or harm arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, as further described in the “Disclaimers of Warranties” and “Limitation of Liability” sections of the Terms of Service & EULA.
